SATA to SATA mobile rack with LCD readout that gives mode, and drive temp. Git it this afternoon, and it installed easily in my new Quad system.

I use it as a selectable boot drive. Drive 1 and Drive 2 are in effect, replicas or clones. I keep one on and one off, and have an immediate recourse to a reserve drive should one fail.

I have used this method for years, but now it ushers in a better era using a pair of SATA 500GB drives.

It works for me.

Is that really a pair of floppy drives, or just for decoration?

That is one floppy drive and a LS-120 Drive. I still have many files on those LS-120 disks. Gradually burning them to CDRs, but still have a way to go.
