Vantech Stealth 470 Watt PSU and Tyan Thunder K8S mobo

Any one know if this combo will work? the PSU has a 24 pin power and also has the other 8pin power too both which this dual operton mobo needs. But I don't know if the PSU is compatibale with EPS12V which the motherboard NEEDS.

gnite bump. I have a feeling that the PSU will work but I don't really want to risk killing a $400 board.
