Vantec Stealth + Dfi, low voltage problem

currently ldt is set to 1.3 but is 1.26
ram reads 2.72, sometimes 2.76(set 2.7)
chipset reads 1.49

+3.3 > 3.3
+5 > 4.83
12 > 11.70

so what gives? any ideas?

Unless you're using a volt meter, you can't trust those readings. Is there a problem?
