Vantec Stealth 470W or Thermaltake Xaser 480W?

Does anyone have any opinions on what power supply is better?
Vantec Stealth 470W or the Thermaltake Xaser 480W. I know both power supplies are silent but I was wondering if there was anything that made the Vantec one better. I am leaning towards the Thermaltake one just because it's at least $50 cheaper and can be purchased for $79.99

I have a Thermaltake PSU and it is great. No problems here. I heard that Vantecs can get louder when things heat up.

either of them are going to be extreme overkill for whatever application you're doing
