I just got this fan and light controller today, was wondering if I can use it to control any cold cathode, or do I need to purchase vantec brand? It's my first experience using cold cathodes. I wanted to replace one of the blue ccfl with a uv one. probably this one
 
It's a dual CCFL inverter on the Vantec, right? It should be able to handle any cold cathodes then.
 
ah okay, thanks, because when looking at pictures of some cold cathodes it has a 4 pin molex connector, but that might only be because they already come with inverters. The cold cathodes that come with it have a much smaller connector.
