How long are the knobs on the unit? Unusual question, I know. Tried googling and searching for the answer without anything. I have to see if I'll have clearance when I keep the drive bay door closed.

Are you talking about the ones on the 5.25"? Those one sticks out slightly under 1/2" from the face of the Rheobus. I'd prefer not to hide it (easier adjustibility).

Seems it'll be quite snug but I could always sand them down and polish them if needed. Thanks again.

Changed title to see about the Vantec unit.
 
I used a Vantec NeXus on my Sister's build and her knobs stick out about the exact same
as the Sunbeam. I just measured. MmmKay 😀
