Vantec Nexstar3 & heat

After reading this forum and various reviews, I'm pretty much sold on getting the Vantec Nexstar3 HD enslosure along with a Samsung Spinpoint T 150GB drive. My only concern is heat. The Nexstar doesn't seem to have any ventilation (that I've seen from the pix)... so will the HD stay cool enough? Should I be instead considering an exclosure with a built-in fan? I really do like the design/style of the Nexstar, but I'm much more concerned about reliability.
