Vantec ION2 350w psu enough for this system?

OK I am setting up this system:

Pentium M 2.0ghz cpu
Aopen 855GME M-LFS Motherboard
1GB Mushkkin PC2700
74GB Raptor
200GB PATA Seagate
NEC 3500A 8xDVDRW
Leadtek GeForce 6800Ultra
Audigy 2
80mm fan

Since the cpu is going to be using VERY little of the +12v rail, is it possible for the Vantec ION2 @ only 350watts to power this system?

actually I'm not pairing a 2ghz p4. I'm going to be using a Pentium M
I had one of these already and figured it be a waste in my laptop, so I'm going to make a desktop out of it.

after a little research it looks like this will be an OK combo. The cpu and motherboard uses only a fraction of the power of a p4 and 875p chipse that I have now.

Nice!

What Pentium M board are going to be using?

why not keep the pm in your notebook alil theyll have a pm desktop chipset out? i believe will be very soon as its their only chance (yet a very good one i think/hope) cuz the p4 3.8 seems to be the last p4. you wont have to spend your cash on an overpriced pm mainboard with agp 4x if you wait just alil into 2005 i think.

Whoops, post edited.

The pentium M cpu that I have kind of an "extra" one I ended up with. I had a 1.7ghz "banias" pentium M in my notebook for about a year, but then about a month ago I got an extremely good deal on a 2.0ghz dothan.
It was retail boxed and sealed, almost dirst cheap, so I couldn't pass it up. I bought the 2.0ghz and since then I've been trying to sell my 1.7 cpu, but it seems that even on anandtech not many ppl know what a pentium M is, and hence I still have 2 of these things.
So now after reading some benchmarks on dothan gaming performance, I've decided to make a desktop out of it, sell of parts from my existing p4 system, and put the 1.7 back into my laptop.

well I went ahead and ordered the PSU, I think it will be OK for this system. After reading up more on the power consumption of the Pentium M and its chipset, looks like most of the +12v rail will be free for the video card.
looks like all the components will arrive on friday except for the case which I havent decided on yet.
