How does the Vantec FCE-62540D compare to Fop32 in terms of temperatures and especially loudness? Any personal experiences with these two?

Is the Fop32 much much louder than the Vantec FCE-62540D?
 
Seems like the Vantec is comparable in everyway....but it is considerably less expensive, and has a better clip. See the hardocp round up. Do you know if the vantec fits the abit KT7-R board?
 
There is also a significant noise issue. The Vantec has a 7K rpm fan like the FOP38. It is much cheaper though ($25 shipped at InflowDirect)
 
The Vantec is going to be much loud, because it has a 7K RPM attached, just like the Fop38. The fop32-1 is gonna be much quieter than the Vantec.
