I was looking for a place in southern california that would rent a 12 or 15 passenger van to an 18 year old. i know its a stretch but maybe someone here could help me out, thanks.
 
Good luck. I work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and our policy is that you have to be 25 or older for large passenger vans, and 21 or older for everything else.

I doubt any of the other major rental companies would rent a large passenger van to an 18 year old. Way too much risk.
 
by the way you cant rent a 15 passenger van without a class B licence, they chagned that rule recently.

you can get a 12 passenger van with a class C. in CA
