Vampire or Werewolf?

Vampire. With the werewolf, I'd still be a weird geek working in a law office except when there is a full moon. Vampire, I can just stay in darkness but always be cool.

Definately vampire. I practically used to live like one several years ago. And even now I practically live like one during the winter since when I go to work it's night and when I get off of work it's night. I almost forget what the sun looks like.

Well I'll live up to my name and say werewolf but not one of those stupid turns into a monster on full moons and eats people types 🙂.

Vampires because they are sexual. Just watch Bram Stokers Dracula. The scene where Keanu is in that room with mirrors on the ceiling and those vampire babes start molesting and seducing him. That stuff is erotic.

With werewolves, its just nasty stuff. Watch The American Werewolf in Paris/London. I'm not sure which it is for sure. If you really wanted to get freaked out, watch Michael Jackson's Thriller video.

Vampires are immortal, rich, and have massive undead orgies.

Werewolves just go batsh!t insane once a month. If I wanted to turn into a hairy, salivating death machine every 30 days I'd ask to be a woman.

I think a lot of it depends on which "rules" or mythology you chose to follow. vamps have been pretty fleshed out in pop culture but werewovles have always been given the "monster" role. Although Buffy attempted to change that w/Seth Green being a werewolf but that really didn't work out all too well. Getting back to my point...

White Wolf (the pen 'n paper gaming company) has done an excellent job, IMO, of fleshing out and createing game worlds on everything from vampries to werewolves, to mages, to faries to human hunters of this creatures. And to me their werewolf game (Werewolf: The Apocalypse) is the most tragic and compelling of all their worlds. Not only that but that have done a magnificent job of giving a purpose and history to a creature that usually gets assigned the one dimensional "dumb strong beast" role. So, going by the mythology created by White Wolf I'd much rather be a werewolf than a vamp.

Also, vampires have just become too typical, IMO.

When you write "typical" do you mean common?

Common/played out for the most part.

Of course I'm the type of person that usually seeks out the path less traveled so my definetion of common or typical is skewed.
