sweet.

Hacks suck. Nothing more frustrating than unloading a .50cal into someones skull, point blank range, and them shooting you once with a pea shooter and killing you.

Warcrow, where do you play online? What's your name when you play?

i have yet to see good cs bots, the problem is good bots for deathmatch are different than something like cs where a majority of the game is strategy

Target practice is target practice, though.

I play as either WarcroW or VomitGoD in all my games...

Have you played Condition Zero? The bots in that game are really good and they actually work as a team, unlike most human players.

How do the friendly bots do? Do they stick with you wherever you go, and do some spread out on their own?

Fvcking bots?? Wow. I'd like some more levels for CS:S and HL2DM far more. I play a ton of rounds of dm_overwatch and dm_lockdown each day. The custom maps are usually retarded, not to mention a pain in the ass to download. And the limited maps for CS:S are getting pretty old.

Where the hell is Day of Defeat source? I want what I paid for, not some crappy ass bots. It's not like there aren't thousands of people playing CS: Source anyway.

Who cares about bots, I want more classic CS maps ported over, like AS_Oilrig! :)

As someone who just recently got the HL2 Silver package, I'd love to get in on some of the CS:S action. Do we still have a regular AT server?

It's just not the same playing against bots, even if they are better than the average n00b. I want to know that someone is on the recieving end of my game, most likely cursing at the screen or just sitting there with their mouth open.

I have yet to see good bots in any game. Humans can always be better.

In CZ, you recruit a team and each member has his own characteristics so some will run off alone and others will stick with you. I think you can use the CS voice commands like "Stick together, team" to give them some direction, but I never really needed to do that. They stay in almost constant contact telling you which areas are clear, where they spotted enemies, etc.

The CS:S bots are supposed to be based on the CZ bots but better so I'm definitely looking forward to this update.
