Mine have a max clock of ~230MHz 2-2-2-5 @3.2V (50+ passes of Memtest & 24hrs of Prime95)

In some ways I don't really like them. They put out so much heat and you really do need a fan blowing over them.

I have Twinmos UTT, pretty much the same stuff.

All four of my pairs did at least 240 FSB 2-2-2-5.

The more volts you give Value VX the better they will run.

Mine will do 230mhz 2-2-2-5 @ 3.0v

After 3.0v you might wanna think about active cooling.

I don't doubt mine will do 250ish with 3.3v

As usual, I'm not one of the fortunate ones. I'm not done testing, but I can say that 2-2-2-X is out of the question for me, even at 200, regardless of volts. 2-3-3-x is likely good above 230 though.

All they need is a fan blowing over them.
