value TV/video card

I just bought a box to put together an HTPC, and am wondering if it is better to go with a PCI-E video card that also does tv tuning or seperate TV tuner and video card ... suggestions ... I'd also like to keep the price down too!
 
I'd suggest sep. video card and tuner, mainly because if you ever need to upgrade the video card, you won't lose the tv tuner capability
