Valentines Day

I'm a college student and I am going to study abroad this semester In Australia, my girlfriend of 1 1/2 is studying abroad in England. And I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas of what i could get her for Valentines day that would be able to be shipped internationally and get there in time. She is already there I leave for the land down under on Feb 6th

<$100 item of jewelry

I'd do roses as well, but I just did that for her birthday (today).
