Eh somehow I don't think she'd approve and you should probably let her choose your wedding band. Tungsten carbide FTW though. I do some work now and then and my wedding band hasn't scratched yet. I know if I went Gold, platinum or titanium, it'd be all scratched to hell.

Well I do alot of work with my hands so I don't wear a ring. I'd be more worried on smashing it to my finger or having it caught in something than scratches. I have found most of the dudes that talk titanium and like really are more trendy than handy. None I have talked too even own a full set of tools.

Well Titanium really isn't that much harder than some kinds of stainless steel, it is more of a style statement.

I do take off my ring when playing sports and most of the time when working on cars, but sometimes I don't bother when it's a small thing like fixing a flat tire, replacing a bumper cover or replacing a speaker and window regulator and it's nice to know it wont scratch.

Besides, you have to admit that's just a little bit gaudy. I mean that's like buying a hello kitty matching M4, it just doesn't fit a niche that needs to be occupied.
