Vaio laptop LCD image not centered

Even in the BIOS, the image is off center, and in windows, the bottom and right side of the windows desktop are cut off. I have search for a setting in the BIOS, in the display driver, differering combinations of FUNCTION keys and FNC lock, to no avail.

Who knows how to set this thing back to regular mode?
