Hello its my first post here 
Im from small country an i always read your forum and site. I come here because i dont have any help from nowhere with my laptop.
I have an sony vaio sve 1113m1eb netbook wit amd e2-1800 with hd7340. The problem is-laptop is so weak...
1.I cannot run any youtube movies in 720 or 1080 because its stuttering. I tried many browsers and that is what i find- The hd videos works good on Internet Explorer and Opera. Dont work on Chrome,Mozilla...
Why it works only on these browsers but dont work on any other?
2.I cannot play any games. I always have ~18fps. I tried Heroes 3 and Sid Meiers Pirates.Also new game Starbound. No matter what detail and resolution fps is the same.Its sad bacause on my old duron and geforce 2 i can play this games.
3.I tried almost everything.I Installed windows 7 (every browser cannot play hd videos),windows 8 and now windws 8.1. I tried install diffrent drivers and flash players -nothing. On windows explorer i saw that cpu has 100% usage...
I saw on youtube that people can play resident evil5/hlaf life2 but i cannot even play games like pirates and play hd movie.I wanna cry. Is there any solution? Thanks for every help and sorry for my english.
