no, not the push-rod driven crank-shaft totting variety...I'm talking about the liquified garden variety.

We had a whole case of it, and I've been drinking a lot of it lately ( I tell myself it is cold spaggetti sauce).

Of course, after seeing the nutrition info and noticing that it has a whopping 880mg :Q of sodium per can (340ml) doubts were raised....

so, is it good for you at all, taking the sodium both into and out of account?

that's what my bf tells me to do, drink v8 even though there's so much sodium in it. there's still a lot of vegetable servings in it.

It says that the juices are from concentrates....I know what that means, but as in nutrients, how much of a loss is there?
