Buy.com (Yeah I know) has the Videoseven (V7) L19PS 19" LCD Display here for $289 after $10 mail-in rebate.

500:1 Contrast, 1280x1024 max res., speakers, 21ms response time.

The reviews for the same LCD on amazon.co.uk have all been rated high.

From what I've been seeing in regards to LCD prices in general, this seems like a good LCD (or any 19" LCD for that matter) for the price, even without the $10 MIR.

not too bad, no DVI though. This CMV appears almost identical but it also has DVI and a higher contrast and brightness. for $321 shipped

if you dont want DVI and like rebates..check out the Neso-Pixo. 16ms response time.
