V3 Overclocking tool

I like Vctrl, I found it at Voodexterme. I like it because it lets you run custom refresh rates, as well as giving you overclocking, tweaking abilities. I run 1280x1024@91hz and 1600x1200@78hz, which looks a bit better than the 85hz or 75hz that Windows allowed me to run.

I have a question... do you have to have it running the entire time you want the benefits? I don't care for Windows2k, but for 98 I'd rather not lose the resources.
