v3 3k AGP not going above 640x480!

I just got this card from a guy on here. It wont go above 640x480, it jsut blacks out or shows garbled stuff.

Help!
 
Are you sure you installed the latest drivers? On a clean system? Check and make sure the heatsink is on properly too. Sometimes, you may have to reseat the card also...My V3 3500 is still working like a champ after quite a bit of use.
