Does the OEM version have Same TV capabilities? is it Crippled in anyway?
got a V3 3000, never had a problem not even once want to add video capturing to the computer. saw the V3 3500 for $100 oem figure i move up instead of just buying a ATI TV wonder tuner. I know 3DFX is dead, but it still seems to be best solution.
