V-Sync can no longer be Forced On in the Control Panel!

Apparently, NVIDIA is passing the blame on to Microsoft.

I may be wrong, but it looks like if the game doesn't include an In-Game video setting for V-Sync we're screwed! :|

I might as well be playing console games at this point!

Game deveoplers had better include a v-sync setting in their games or I'm done with PC Gaming!

Sorry, but screen tearing is one of those things that drives me nuts. That's why I can't stand most 360 games. Who the heck wants their damn screen tearing all over the place while you're playing a game? I sure as hell don't.
