root mean square. it's the equivalent dc voltage of a time varying voltrage to achive the same average power.

speaking of circuits. Anyone know how to make an op amp integrator having an input impedance of 10kohms with a 2 volt peak to peak sinusoidal signal in response to a 2 volt peak - to - peak sinusoidal input having frequency of 1khz.
