V-Day sympathy needed

August 31,2001 will forever be known around the Sluggo household as V-Day, yes the day I got a Vasectomy.

I am spending the 3-day weekend recovering from the procedure, and your heartfelt sympathy is appreciated.

And of course a moment of silence for the lost......semen. Hahahahahaha I kill me.

Not as bad as I though, little discomfort, nothing Advil cant handle. Light bruising, but the Dr said some was to be expected.

I still need to "flush the pipes" and get rid of the residual stuff before I am considered sterile, which means 10-20 "times" before I am safe to lose the condoms.

Well, she was nice enough to do that since we have known each other ( 13 years) I figured wasnt going to kill me to cover birth control for a few years myself. Besides I am getting huge points for getting it done. Never been pampered like this in my life, I have to make the most of this.

because that will increase her risk of heart disease and stroke (among other things) and Sluggo is enough of a man to realize that getting tied does not make him any less virile.

You acheive the same result through a condom too!! And you don't have to spend the time/effort/money/pain-enduring-psyche on the operation!

I must admit though, that if I loved my wife, and she loved me, and she asked me to do this... I'd do it to - so give you kudos on your commendable action there sluggo
