This will be my first year since 1997 that I don't have a beau on Valentine's day, and it kind of bums me out. However, I figured I saved at least $200+ (my usual budget for that holiday) so why not get flowers for all my girl friends? (I have about a dozen or so)

I figured I'd go to the flower district downtown and get each of my friends a red rose...think it's appropriate? I'm fairly close with all of them (enough to share very confidential info at least) but harbor no "attraction" to them..so just doing this as a gesture of kindness.. I think it might be appreciated since I know a couple of them have NEVER gotten a Valentine. :)

Thats a good gesture. If your close to them send them some flowers then, why not? No reasons if your close and good friends.

That would be a cool thing to do. Now if my boys sent me flowers I'd be kinda worried:eek:
