UXTheme patch not workin anymore....

Since i updated winders the other day..... Tried runnin the SP1 patch and everything, no luck...

Any ideas?

I have all the latest updates and my uxtheme patch appears to be holding up fine.

Its weird, as soon as i updated, my XP went back to the classic look... Tried repatching a few times, but no luck.

I ran into the same problem. I was using the auto patcher and for some reason it just wouldn't work. I did it manually and it worked after that though (going into safety mode etc. etc. or doing it from DOS)

Are you putting in the i386/servicepackfiles/ directory also?

Best way to do it is still manually in Recovery Console. Stop being a slacker, take your weak @ss to the command line and get to it!

There is two different versions I think one for pre sp1 and one for after service pack1.
