Okay, check this out: Xoxide

Notice the text that says: "...under a black light they glow! A must have for any system using a black light / UV cold cathode light and a case window!"

Should I take this to mean they will achieve the effect under EITHER a UV light OR a UV light?

Basically I'm wondering if they will work with the two blue Cold cathodes bulbs I ordered. or if at least one of the bulbs needs to be a UV light?

Not sure I take your meaning there 😉 but yes, they must be under UV light. They look übersweet though 😀

They do look good.
You might want a dual uv light setup to spread it out evenly.
Thats what I have.
