UTP settings

I have a gigafast EE410-R router and the customer service is such crap that they won't respond to any of my plees. Is there a standard way to change the UTP settings or does anyone else here have a router like mine? Its just a simple cable router and shouldn't be hard but apparently the company can't tell me. (I have to lower them cause my connection is to slow for the standard settings). Thanks!

I'm sorry i must be missing something, how do you expect to change 'settings' for cable??

im assuming by UTP you mean unshielded twisted pair, in which there are no settings for, its the same type of cable for 10baset, 100baset and 1000baset (granted you use certified cat cabling)...
