too much porn and isos.

on a serious note ...
you have the 'open ports' check mark, which means it's all good. sometimes i just get stupid slow downloads when they are lots of seeders (linux distros) and fast downloads when they are less seeders. Randomly, it just decides to take a crap.

Not much in advice but letting you know it happens to me too.

edit: it can be a variety of network problems

people using the internet on a different computer
router settings?
etc

run a speed test in the utorrent speed guide menu. make sure that other things arent using up your bandwith...

had this problem too...realized that too many connections were allowed (around 750!), so lowered it to 200 cause my router would have probably crapped out and speeds are fine now.

Nah no ones using anything in my network. this still happens on everyfile so far that i tried.

Have you tried resetting the router(unplugging it and then plugging it back in) or just doing a general power cycle? I've had trouble with slow downloads before than that fixed it for me.

I 2nd the too many open connections theory. Looks like you have 100 open connections for that 3rd torrent? I don't know about your router, but that's far too many on mine. I keep mine at 400 max global and 80 per torrent and usually it doesn't get that high.
