Utillity to identify what programs launch at startup

A while back, someone posted a program that would point out all programs that launch during startup.

anyone know what I speak of?

Sorry, W2K. I know you can look into the various startup folders and in the registry under the run string, but someone had posted a 3rd party prog that listed out the programs and where they reside as well.

Where did you get your copy of W2K from??? W2K doesn't come with msconfig.

Equivalent of MSCONFIG.EXE for Win2K?
