Utility to check PCI and AGP buss speed??

I am looking for a freeware program to check the buss speeds from Windows. I thought SiSoft Sandra did, but I can't see where. RRRR
 
In Sandra its Mainboard Information, It list them all the way down, Its a general reading and not perfect.

 
The P4B266 that I worked with wouldn't provide PCI or AGP info via any means if you were at 133 on the fsb. Don't know about other speeds but it would report same at default.
