Utility for TV-out on Geforce2 MX400?

Is there a certain utility that you need to output on a gefoce2? The nvidia latest detonator drivers do not detect the TV as a display.

What software do i need, or what else can i do?

Anyhow you don't need anything just the latest drivers.
