i just wrote a check for 40.80 for the month.

its based on your occupancy (one) and sq footage (at least at this complex)

so it works out well for me.

electric, i pay about 45 bucks a month

In my old apartment it varied based on how other people used it which sucked. Trash, sewer, hot water ranged from $25/mo to $60/mo (in the winter)

Electric was roughly $40/mo.

This was for a 1 bed 1 bath 670sq/ft apartment in Downtown Denver.

Damn expensive which was why I moved out. Now I only pay for electric. Everything else is included.

don't forget heat,

my water and sewer are about $20 a month,
my electric and gas,to heat hot water, and for cooking stove avgs $100 per month,
my heat is extra,I have oil fired baseboard hot water heat.

thats prob an extra $75 per month if I avg it out over a year.

Roadrunner is $45 a month
Local phone service is about $40 a month

Mortgage is about $600 a month.

Then it costs for food, transportation to/from work,
etc.etc......
