Util to encrypt folder on XP Home?

As above, using WinXP Home instead of Pro, and only just now looking at a feature I'm missing that I need.

Specifically, I'm looking at encrypting my personal data ('My Documents' and a couple other folders). Passwords I pick are pretty bizarre, and a nice 256-bit or 512-bit encryption would be awesome.

I'd really prefer it not fuX0r with my backup software (Norton Ghost), antivirus software (Norton Antivirus), etc (hell, everything is Norton).

Anything out there like that?

Last time I looked PGP was free for personal use. You might also want to check out Truecrypt. It's an open source solution, and can be found at Sourceforge.
