lol

Okay I'm laughing hard now. But then again, pointing out the idiocy of Dave is almost equivalent to making fun of a kid with down syndrome. A little too easy and I almost feel sorry for him because I believe at this point he can't help it.

Lol wut. What troops?

Why are you still allowed to post this rubbish? Go back to infowars with the rest of the nuts.
Oh my, when I joked about infowars it occurred to me that it may in fact not be a joke, so I googled "info wars united states troops canada" and got this. http://www.infowars.com/us-and-canada-pen-bilateral-military-plan-under-nau-auspices/

Mcowen, is this where you go to get your fill of crazy before crapping on the forums here with it? That site is like theonion.com, don't take it seriously. I didn't see a mention of 200,000 troops, but if the mounties are coming the Utah sheriffs are good and proper Fvcked. RCMP are immune to cold, they don't get tired, they don't need food.

Dissent and North Korea... aren't exactly two peas in a pod.

If their people spoke out like the Sheriffs, they'd be lined up on a mortar range.

I meant that the rants sounds like the recent North Korean threats about nuking America even though they clearly know they wouldn't stand a chance and just sound silly to the rest of us. I'm quite aware that the citizens of North Korea are oppressed and wouldn't be able to dissent at all for fear of their life.

I admit it wasn't the best analogy.

Apparently that General is alive and well.
We got played again by someones propaganda

General Kim has since been restored to his four-star status and appeared alongside Kim Jong-un at a musical recital in Pyongyang last month.

Why are people so obsessed with shooting each other? Apparently this sheriff loves shooting people so much that if he can't he figures being shot by some government gun stealing boogeyman is more desirable than not getting to shoot people.

It's always been my opinion that if someone breaks into my house and attempts to harm me, or if someone attempts to rape my wife or daughters or grandchildren that I have a perfect right to stop them with the deadly force of a firearm. It's something you can't do if you're prevented from having a firearm in the first place.

It's OK with me if you want to watch this happen to you and yours. Knock yourself out.

The next time you have a thought, let it go.

These people should be warned treason is punished by death in this country. These threats if acted on amount to treason, and I have no problem with the government giving these fools their wish.

What about those in in the government who swore an oath to uphold the constitution? Or does treason in your book simply amount to disobeying your masters in Washington?

I know that since I have become a defender of traditional America as my ass defines it, I have become a very important person. I am a defender now of the good and that makes me terrific. I used to be just an everyday nobody, like before I found my new religion. I am mfing special. Being brain dead is a small price to pay.

You obviously don't know what treason is.

Is there anything that can/should be done about this? These people need to know their place. They are not given guns and money to interpret their version of the law. They are given guns and money to enforce the laws as written and judged. I'd be pissed of my sheriff decided he was above the law and was going to ignore what the legislature/courts said. Much less attack the same.

These sheriffs as part of their job have to say they will uphold the constitution. They are affirming that. What exactly do you want done about people who's job is to affirm the constitution saying that they will do it?

The Supreme Court decides what the Constitution means. It's in the Constitution. So no it is absolutely not their job to interpret it differently than the Supreme Court. If a law passed by Congress upsets them, they still must enforce it and go through the courts to get it overturned if their objections are to its constitutionality.

It is not constitutional for a sheriff to interpret the Constitution differently than the courts and take up arms against the government as a means of changing their interpretation.

No court, even the Supreme Court, cannot remove rights or limit them as they are regarded as inalienable. The Supreme Court is also bound by the Constitution (not above it), otherwise it is a foreign court. Read here. The only way these unconstitutional laws stand is because they either have not been challenged or not rightfully challenged. Was the proper information (as the link shows) admitted into evidence against unconstitutional laws/statutes? As with anything in the court of law, if you do not bring into record the proper documentation then you haven't the right to complain as the judiciary will decide based on the evidence submitted.
