Like the topic states, what ports do I need to forward to host a UT2K4 server? I tried googling it but didn't come up with anything.

It's configurable. The default is 7777, I beleive.

did a search for:
ut2004 ports
in google

In linux it's controlled by a ut2004.ini file and it's at
{installation location}server/System/UT2004.ini

or something like that. There is a plugin for WebAdmin for remote administration if you want.
