I installed the UT2K3 Demo; I think it's great.

I noticed that it installed Ageia PHysics software/drivers/demo. I don't have an Ageia Physics card. Do I need this software to play the demo and the game? I will be buying the game and if I need it, I'll just leave it.

But I don't want any software I don't need on my system. What's the deal? Thanks and HAPPY FRAGGING! :D

Think you need it yes, even though you don't have a physics cards, you still get physics. But they are being ran by the cpu instead.

I think that by default it will use Ageia physics. Without it installed you don't get those features.

That's my understanding. I'd be curious to see the difference, but don't care enough to screw with it :p I'd just leave it in. It doesn't take up much room, and I think the game probably won't look as good without it, even though it may play just fine.
