UT2004 won't start

Neither the game nor the autorun will start on my machine: it dies silently after about two seconds. I've already tried reinstalling.

I suspect that it might be a result of my dualview setup.... but it should at least give an error message.


Anyone seen this before?

TI4800SE using 66.93 drivers in dualview; acceleration set to 'single-display' mode.
