UT2003: way for admin to retrieve user IPs?

Does anyone here know how an admin of a UT2003 server can retrieve an IP of an offender and ban them from using it? The command is known, but what isn't known is the way to retrieve the IP. Info greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Why not use the server's web interface? Get a handy list of all the current players, their pings, and their ip addresses. Just a matter of checking the ban box.
