He played a freakin unoptimized beta. That beta even ran fairly crappy on my AthlonXP 1800+ w/ a GF4 Ti4200 128mb

He played a VERY unfinished Beta. They were making changes in the demo literally minutes before it was uploaded.

Yeah, but still. Check out my rig (Homer) and tell me what you think. It's not looking good for me. Incidentally, it's a 133MHz FSB 800, not a 100.

Here are some commands you can use in the game:

Code - Effect
=====================================
killpawns - Kills all AI on the level
open X - Replace X with the level you wish to open
exec benchexec.txt - Gives a camera run of the map you are on
addbots X - Replace X with the number of botsyou wish to add
stat fps - Shows your Frames Per Second
loaded - All weapons, armour, adreneline etc
god - God mode

Type these into the console. Single player only of course.

edit: "exec benchexec.txt" also creates a file "Benchmark.txt" that shows your average fps during the flythrough, so use for benchmarking.

The demo is being uploaded to the mirror sites as I am typing this... Some people have it from inside links, but not to the public... should be downloadable at the big sites like filplanet within an hour

About another 20-30 minutes before all the mirrors get the file, and then Infogrames needs to give the go ahead to release it. Not much longer
