UT Server open for business. Thanks for the testing guys!

I have a UT Server up at 24.248.94.197

Port forwarding through my Linksys. Looks like it's running great. Have fun.
This one is the Strangelove mod. It's wierd, but grows on you.

Let me know how it shows up on your multiplayer list. I can only see it on my Lan tab - but there's other folks showing up, so it must be broadcasting.

The reason it shows up on your lan tab is probably cuz its local TO YOU, but if others can reach it from outside, then its good to go.

DanC, Strange thing happened while I played CTF-Face. Some part of the Strangelove mutator corrupted my install of UT. I tried the obvious first, change resolutions, graphics drivers (D3D to OpenGL and back again). I even when to Hercules' site and downloaded the lastest set of drivers and got off of the nVidia 12.41's. I had to do a complete install from scratch to fix it.

Here's a screenshot in DM-Anubis to show you what it looked like. Needless to say it made it very hard to play UT. Those steps in the center of the screenshot aren't supposed to seem 15 feet each. I snapped that from the ledge the Redeemer sits on. Here's what it's supposed to look like: Fresh Install.

If you're gonna leave Strangelove on, you should at least have a few more maps. CTF-Twin Valley is kick butt with Strangelove as is CTF-Hall of Giants.
