USR USB print server not working in Vista

It was previously setup, and it is working on the XP machines in the house. Not working in Vista however. Here is a link to the product. When I go to the IP of the device, it says that Windows cannot connect to the device, so I think that there is something that I need to change in Windows Firewall or something, but I'm not sure exactly what protocol or whathaveyou I might need to check...

Just looking for ideas while I continue to research this. Thanks.
