usr/pw/domain prompt EVERYTIME w/ outlook 98

i am setting up this guys laptop on his home network. he used to dial up to some company network for internet access. when i put it on the cable modem at his house, outlook now prompts everytime i start it for the stuff i mentioned in the title. there is no "save pw" button.

does anyone know how to fix this?
