USR 2977 modem, instant boot up.

Ever since I installed a USR 2977 modem & I downloaded the drivers from USR my wifes Gigabyte GA7DX+ computer has been turning "on" by itself without anybody around. I've looked at all the wiring and everything seems to be OK. Whatz up?
 
The answers most likely in the BIOS of the MoBo as you can have the Puter turn on when it receives a call...Helpful for me but annoying to many 😉
