So i sold some stuff and got paid thru paypal... I did the USPS print a label thing and I put in the weight of the package to be 5lbs 0 Oz.... My dad picks up the package and claims it is probably more than 5lbs... prolly closer to 10. Im asking what the policy is on this... Ive already printed the label and taped it to the box. Will they send the package back to me if its too heavy? What is their policy on this?

Bring it to local post office and they can weight it and add more postage if needed.

I know that UPS has charged and credited my Paypal account in the past when I've gotten the weight of the package I was sending wrong before. I'm not sure if USPS does the same or not.

i'm sure they will weigh each package they get regardless of whether or not it has a pre printed label or not. So yeah they'd probably send it back to you.

I think they demand postage from the recipent. Either that or burn, rape, and pillage their city. Not sure.
