Well I am RMA'ing my Epox SLI board, and I mailed it Sept 5, and today the delivery confirm status went to "Return to Sender- Your item was returned to the sender on September 13, 2006 because it could not be delivered as addressed."

Does this mean it is en route to me, or was delivered (I never got mobo, but USPS has screwed up before)

On a sidenote, I dont know WTF is going on with the RMA, as I'm sure the address was correct. Stupid RMA departments :disgust:

Looks like I'll be without my gaming rig for another 2 weeks :brokenheart:

You must've ordered from a vendor other than Newegg. Never had a problem w/ Newegg RMA.

You were the sender, right? Sounds like it's coming back to you.

Um, don't ship USPS next time with something as valuable as a motherboard?

I've sent audio equipment priced at $500+ (amps, speakers, headphones), complete video game consoles (PS2, X360), and other valuables (confidential) through USPS Priority w/ confirmation countless times. Zero problems. ZERO!

AFAIK, the OP put down the wrong address.

So did you address it incorrectly?

USPS is less reliable than anyone could ever imagine. I know several mail carriers, and they're awesome -- but some of them aren't, and a lot of mail is sent back (courtesy of DPS, I believe) before it even gets to the local post office. After a few 90k+ mailings at my office... I never want to deal with the aftermath of the post office again.
