USPS Messing with me

I tried to send in my rebates using first class parcel and they wouldn't accept the bubble wrap packages saying that they are not thick enough. So I made it thick enough and they still wouldn't accept it. I am severly pissed off right now.

What should I buy to ensure that they will accept the packages?
 
weird, u guys talk about ups damaging ur boxes, but i have never had one problem. are u sure u didnt piss the ups guy off somehow?

UPS must not have Soccer players employeed at your local shipping center. I swear they're employed at every other UPS place.
 
um, you have to bubble wrap rebates (paper?) and then even thicker cause it was too thin?
that is absolutely, 100 percent, retarded.

UPS scares me. I remember I waited for my g/f laptop and when the UPS guy came, he ran right too me and literally dropped the package on teh ground and told me to sign. I was like, "what the hell?". My mom used to have a part time job at UPS and the people there seem to think that a box means no damage can happen.
