USPS insurance claim check came in today

The damaged article was worth $125 but the check they sent me was for $143.55. I can't remember the exact shipping costs but I'm guess the difference is it. Just surprised that they would refund the shipping cost too.

You paid for their service, they fscked up, refund should be in order....no?
